By accessing or using the Somaticore website, games, demos, applications, downloads, or other services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Somaticore services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the services only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor’s use of Somaticore services, including any purchases, downloads, gameplay, account activity, or submitted information.

2. Use of the Website and Services

You agree to use Somaticore services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the website or services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Somaticore systems, accounts, data, or infrastructure.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, or commercially exploit Somaticore content or software except where expressly permitted.
• Upload, submit, or transmit harmful, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content.

3. Product Purpose and Medical Disclaimer

Somaticore products are designed for education, entertainment, personal development, and structured cognitive practice.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, mitigate, or monitor any disease, disorder, injury, impairment, or medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, rehabilitation, or formal clinical assessment.

Your use of Somaticore services is also subject to our Medical Disclaimer.

4. Accounts

Some services may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary. Notify Somaticore if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases

Some Somaticore services may include paid features, subscriptions, digital content, or optional in-app purchases. Prices, features, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown at the point of purchase or through the applicable app store, payment processor, or platform.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple, Google, or other platform services. Those providers may apply their own terms, policies, taxes, fees, refund processes, and cancellation rules.

Unless a different refund policy is shown at the point of purchase or required by law, payments are non-refundable after purchase. For app store purchases, refund requests may need to be handled through the relevant app store.

6. Gameplay and App Data

Somaticore may collect or process gameplay and app activity such as scores, levels, session length, progress signals, preferences, device information, crash logs, and usage patterns as described in the Privacy Policy.

Scores, progress signals, session summaries, and other feedback are product feedback only. They are not medical measurements, diagnostic indicators, clinical assessments, or professional recommendations.

7. User Submissions and Game Ideas

If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, concepts, bug reports, game ideas, or other materials to Somaticore, you grant Somaticore permission to use, review, modify, publish, and develop from those submissions for business, product, research, marketing, or operational purposes without compensation unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not violate anyone else’s rights.

8. Intellectual Property

Somaticore owns or licenses the website, software, games, demos, applications, text, graphics, logos, designs, downloads, product names, and other service content.

These materials are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You may not use Somaticore intellectual property except as allowed by these terms, by normal use of the services, or by written permission from Somaticore.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Somaticore services may include links to third-party websites, app stores, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting providers, or other integrations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Somaticore is not responsible for third-party content, services, policies, security, availability, or practices.

10. Availability, Changes, and Beta Features

Somaticore may modify, suspend, discontinue, update, or limit any part of the website or services at any time. Features may change as products evolve.

Some features, games, demos, or applications may be experimental, in development, or presented as coming soon. They may contain bugs, incomplete features, or changing behavior.

11. Accessibility and Support

Somaticore aims to make its products and website accessible and usable. If you experience an accessibility barrier or technical issue, contact support@somaticoretech.com.

12. Termination

Somaticore may suspend or terminate access to the services if you violate these terms, misuse the services, create risk for other users or Somaticore, or where required by law.

You may stop using the services at any time. Some account, purchase, or data deletion requests may be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable platform rules.

13. Disclaimers

Somaticore services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Somaticore disclaims all warranties, representations, or conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

Somaticore does not guarantee that the services will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or suitable for your specific needs.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Somaticore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Somaticore harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising from these terms or the services will be handled in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law requires another forum.

17. Changes to These Terms

Somaticore may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
